Shipping & Return
All packages ship out within 3 business days of the order being placed. Pre-order products might need more time to prepare and ship out. The shipping notification with the tracking information will take a while to update after we ship out orders. Please see below to understand the timing of our shipping methods.
Your order confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email address you used to place the order. If you are having trouble finding your order, or for order changes and cancellations, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to change your order before it is shipped out
MAINLAND CHINA, HONG KONG, MACAU, & TAIWAN SHIPPING
For orders from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, we use SF Express. A brief description of SF Express shipping can be seen below:
- Shipping Day - Usually delivered in 2 - 4 business days if placed before 12pm HKT
- Shipping Fee will be charged depending on the weight of the products when you place your order
- Tracking number will be provided once your order starts shipping.
Please note these shipping timelines are from ship date not order date.
We ship to your country unless you live in Algeria, Angola, Argentina, Benin, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Chile, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Colombia, Comoros, Congo, Congo, Cuba, The Democratic Republic Of The, Côte d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Ecuador, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Falkland Islands (Malvinas), French Guiana, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Guyana, Iran, Islamic Republic Of, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kenya, Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of, Lesotho, Liberia, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Netherlands Antilles, North Korea, Niger, Nigeria, Paraguay, Peru, Republic of Cameroon, Rwanda, Saint Helena, Sao Tome And Principe, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Suriname, Swaziland, Syria, Tanzania, United Republic Of, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Uruguay, Venezuela, Western Sahara, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
For international orders we mainly have DHL and EMS at this time. New shipping methods are being added frequently as we work with different partners and carriers.
- DHL Global Mail - Usually is delivered in 21 - 28 Business days if placed before 12pm HKT
- DHL Express - Usually is delivered in 7 Business days if placed before 12pm HKT
- EMS - Only for Russia and usually is delivered in 15 - 20 Business days if placed before 12pm HKT
We might use FedEx or UPS instead of the above carriers only if
- Your address is considered a remote place for DHL delivery, but not for FedEX or UPS
- DHL returns your shipment back to us because of battery issue
We ship all products from Shenzhen, China. The shipping days might be longer if the order is placed during peak season.
Additional fees such as VAT, import costs, duties, and taxes for international shipments are your responsibility and are not included in shipping and handling costs. GL.iNet is not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. We can’t tell you exactly what the charges will be, but here’s a duty calculator to help with estimation. If you refuse to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order with any remaining funds being refunded to you. In the event that the extra charges exceed the value of the order, we may charge those amounts to the credit card originally used for the order.
There are lots of things that can happen in the delivery process, and packages can get held up for reasons that are outside of our control. If your order gets returned to us, we can issue you a refund or take the appropriate actions to get you a new package.
Before you get a new package or refund, we'll need to determine the following:
- What shipping address was entered when you placed the order
- The current status of the package (for example, if it is heading back to us)
- Whether there are unpaid custom charges, fees, or burdens
If the fault lies with us or our warehouse, GL.iNet will issue the replacement shipment as soon as possible. If you entered the wrong address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
We send an invoice with international orders, but sometimes packages do get held up. The customs office should contact you about this, so let us know by emailing to email@example.com if you do require any additional documentation. An official invoice will be sent to you via email if you request.
We work hard to lower the shipping rates you see. If they are higher than you expected though, there are some things you can do:
- Consolidate shipments.
- Use a slower shipping method
