"It works as expected! Just put the sim card, config some settings in the admin page and u can just leave it alone. But I hope GL. iNet could update their package source more frequently. The builtin tailscale pkg is a bit outdated."

This unit works fine in

"This unit works fine in Australia on the Telstra network. I've tried it battery powered for many hours but I've not measured the length of time it can operate on a battery. Unfortunately, the specs are a bit lacking. I don't know if it is 4x4 MIMO and I don't know the voltage range of the 12v DC input. For example, a nominal 12v LiFePO4 battery is about 13. 5v but I've no idea if it's a suitable voltage. The plastic construction seems fine but rating would have been 5 star if metal construction, able to run on a 12v LiFePO4 battery and 4x4 MIMO confirmed."

Great easy to install router.

"Connects and setup to the internet is easy including restricting others from using your connection to the internet. However a Firewall plugin unlike all other consumer router is sadly missing, the average Joe could not block or open certain ports without a good understanding of how openwrt works, there should be a simple firewall menu driven page to configure out of box requirements especially considering the high end price. Wifi speed is excellent and setting up two or three connection to the internet as fall backs in case one goes down is exceptional. Battery back is one of the feature that also drew me to this router a must have where power is unreliable or for security systems etc. Would I buy again yes should they install a simple plugin firewall app absolutely. "Excellent FAST delivery. SUPER FAST connection speeds from this 5g mobile cellular router. Using this router in the UK with a 3 network data only sim. OMG - lovely speeds {as long as I get within a good range of a tower}. Would recommend this product to anyone looking for fast mobile internet. I am using this for outdoor mobile 4K live streaming, and it delivers the connection speeds needed. {picture shows test results on average in this area-can get faster when better located closer towards a tower}"
